So we are all aware of the hype that has surrounded galaxy’s Edge over the last couple of weeks.
We have read the articles and watched the videos, and we have all seen the maps. so, here are the things that are coming to Galaxy’s edge in Disney world that we are truly excited to check out!
Rise of the Resistance:
In this brand new ride guests will become recruits of the resistance on a dangerous mission in direct conflict with the first order and Kilo Ren!
This one looks like it is going to be an experience more than just a ride, with the show element being a big part of the time you spend here.
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo:
This one is once again about so much more than food, this restaurant will give guests a dining experience with a clever backstory attached. According to an article from D23 Cookie the cook is in abundant demand around the galaxy due to the shear deliciousness of the food he serves, so in a quest to create happy patrons hes scours the galaxy for fresh and delicious ingredients to create his fare. The outpost will feature many unique and international offerings including a meat-less loaf. I am personally always glad to see more special diet choices in the parks and think this will become a popular choice.
The Milk Stand :
This refreshment stand will feature two unique flavored milks one blue milk inspired by A New Hope and a green variety inspired by Return of the Jedi.
Unique Shopping :
Last but not least we are definitely looking forward to the unique shopping opportunity that will be available in Galaxy s edge.
Some highlights include grown up light sabers, costumes and cosplay gear and a build a bear like make your own stuffed animal shop.
So there you have it, we cut through the hype and let you know what we are actually looking forward to when Galaxy’s edge opens up in Walt Disney World.
